What this page is
A plain-English summary of how we work. It is not a contract — a written proposal follows any enquiry, and that is what either side signs.
What you get
Three complete, working websites drawn from one brief. All three are built to the same standard: the same brand, mobile-first, accessible, and meeting the same speed targets. They differ in what they are built to achieve, not in how well they are made.
What it costs
One price for the site, whichever of the three you choose. Either £1,950 outright, or £995 up front and £59 a month with a twelve-month minimum term. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. A care plan above Live is optional and can be changed or cancelled with a month's notice.
The twelve months, stated plainly
The monthly option commits you to twelve months. We say so here rather than in small print. If a minimum term does not suit you, the outright price exists precisely so you do not have to take one.
What the monthly fee is for
Hosting, backups, security, updates, and the back end that lets you change what is already on your site. It is not a hosting charge dressed up — hosting costs very little and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What is not included
Every care plan is work on your website. Google Business Profile setup, review systems, photography, copy taken from interviews, booking portals and integrations are real work that we do, quoted as their own jobs. We do not fold them into a monthly fee, and we do not charge for Google Business posts.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from day one, on every plan. Buy the site outright and the design and code are transferred to you. On the monthly plan the site runs on our platform for the term; if you leave, give a month's notice after the minimum term and we hand over the domain and the logins.
Changes and turnaround
Turnaround times are stated per plan and are working days. We will tell you before a piece of work falls outside your plan rather than doing it and invoicing afterwards.
Nothing invented
We do not write testimonials, invent certifications or make up years in business. Reviews shown on your site come from your own Google listing. If the evidence is not there, the site does without it.
